Our early 20’s can be one of the most exciting times of your life, but it can also be one of the most complicated. Many of us are trying to find ourselves and discover our true passions all while juggling school, a full-time job, and a social life. The stresses can be overwhelming and anxiety is likely to get the best of us. That being said, no matter how busy you are, you MUST make it a priority to find time for yourself.
