I had the opportunity to create a mini-documentary on my friend, Vehbi Tasar. In the film he tells about his life growing up in Turkey and where his love for poetry came from.
Over the spring semester of 2018 I took a class on environmental anthropology. During that time I learned about a field in anthropology known as spiritual ecology. This topic captured my attention and I wanted to learn more and explore this filed in my own community. As a result I created this mini-documentary that tells the story of spiritual ecology in St. Pete and Tampa Bay, FL.
