Incentives, wrapped up.
Boost survey response, save time and cut costs.
Rybbon is an all-in-one incentives management platform that enables marketers and market researchers to eliminate the pain and cost of manual rewards administration.
Molly Hunsinger worked closely with Rybbon executives to develop and manage lead generation campaigns, link building campaigns, partner development initiatives and B2B event marketing programs, that contributed to the substantial growth of the company in 2018.
Hunsinger managed several event sponsorships to cultivate, grow and engage the market research audience including Corporate Researchers Conference (CRC), The Market Research Event (TMRE), DIY Market Research Conference, The Quirk’s Event Chicago and Qualtrics X4 Experience Management Summit.
For each event, she negotiated and coordinated sponsorship benefits including speaking sessions and special advertising and marketing opportunities. She managed all event logistics including securing rentals, shipping, travel, recruiting brand ambassadors and training staff. She managed all aspects of pre-event and post-event marketing including email marketing, direct mail, social media, guest blogs and post-event wrap ups. She developed and managed all event materials and activities including booth design, sales collateral, signage, offers and giveaways. She worked with the sales team to coordinate lead generation and follow up.
About Qualtrics X4 Experience Management Summit
Qualtrics X4 Experience Management Summit featured an all-star list of keynote speakers including President Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Sir Richard Branson, Ashton Kutcher and other prominent celebrities and business leaders.
In addition to a vendor booth, which gave attendees the opportunity to experience the Rybbon platform, the Rybbon team sponsored a barista bar featuring complimentary Rybbon brews, teas and sweets served up by baristas wearing Rybbon branded smocks and hats.
Hunsinger created a special event theme and tagline: “Incentives, wrapped up.”
She worked with a design and animation team to create a special logo and video to entertain guests at the Rybbon Barista Bar featuring an animated short and teasers for special event offers and giveaways. Hunsinger developed the animated short concept, wrote the script and managed video production.
Each day, Rybbon hosted Oprah-esque mass giveaways in the Rybbon Barista Bar – you get a free gift, you get a free gift…everyone gets a free gift!
A variety of prizes were awarded, including virtual gift cards that winners redeemed through the Rybbon platform, giving attendees a chance to experience the product in action.
With Hunsinger’s help, the Rybbon team formed a partnership with 5 For The Fight, a nonprofit organization launched by Qualtrics that funds cancer research through $5 donations. The partnership allowed giveaway winners the option to donate their prize.
Since Qualtrics is in the business of surveys, Rybbon conducted it’s own survey at X4 just for fun. Find out the results in the post event blog, written by Hunsinger and her team here.
